Culinary delights at the Hotel Andreus
Culinary highlights and South Tyrolean specialties
The main restaurant at the Hotel Andreus is the Panorama Restaurant. Already beginning with the stylish furnishings, the individual rooms (the Luis Trenker Room, the Golf Room, the Panorama Room, the Andreas Hofer Room, and the Wilderer Room) offer a splendid atmosphere - and the fantastic panoramic view is simply enchanting! Here, hotel guests are served the finest cuisine, with six courses and a variety of choices.
But the wellness cuisine, too, is impressive. For each course, there is a selection of low-calorie and extraordinarily delicious dishes which gourmet dieters will love. And vegetarians have the same wide choices - i.e., you can assemble a complete evening meal which is still strictly vegetarian.
Lactose-free foods and gluten-free dishes are served, upon request. By the same token, guests with special allergies should inform us so that we can take this into account.

Fine wines, grappas, and cheeses for connoisseurs and gourmets
The FINKI'S - Daniel Fink Selection line possibly the only project of its kind in South Tyrol, and both connoisseurs and gourmets are enchanted. The collection includes a line of select wines and grappas which Daniel Fink created together with Kornellhof Winery and der Wezl Distillery in Passiria.
Modern, sparkling, and in top quality - that's how this innovative line of wines presents itself. These new wine creations consist of a Merlot and a Pinot Blanc as well as a grappa derived from the Fuji apple.
These wines were selected together with his friend Florian Brigl (Kornellhof Winery). "The Pinot Blanc has a very fruity note, with the aroma of ripe apples and elderberry blossoms," explains Daniel Fink, Junior Chef and sommelier. The red wine has a fruity aroma with notes of plum and raspberry as well as a hint of chocolate.
Wine and cheese – In perfect harmony
Select wines and tasty cheeses are really something unique. They harmonize perfectly with each other when they are properly chosen and can thus produce an astonishing culinary experience for gourmets. Daniel Fink, a passionate sommelier, connoisseur, and cheese specialist with his own line of wines and cheeses will prove it to you.
Come and sample these fine vintages and learn to consciously distinguish the subtle nuances of these many different varieties of cheese!
Treat yourself to these taste treats - according to choice.
Yours truly, Daniel Fink
